Current Positions

Management Analyst

Individual will perform a wide range of activities to support senior management in the execution of program/project management consulting services for both government and commercial clients. The individual will assist in the development of client presentations, training material, business templates, and research reports.

Program Management Consultant

The individual will serve as a Program Management consultant for Federal Government Capital Investment programs. He/she will provide expertise in the areas of Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, design, development, implementation, and operation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). The candidate will also be responsible for schedule management analysis, metrics, and reporting and integration of contractor schedules with federal government schedule reports. He/she will integrate the program schedule system with an earned value management system and other program performance reporting systems.
