KM Systems Group offers a full spectrum of EVM courses designed to meet the ever-changing realities of today’s program management environment. Each session offers a carefully balanced combination of lecture, discussion and exercises in order to create an interactive and rewarding learning environment. 

Our basic EVM courses (101–103) are designed to progress participants from virtually no familiarity with EVM to understanding exactly how to implement an EVM system within their organizations.

We’ve also developed two unique executive-level EVM courses (301–302) designed to quickly orient executive-level leadership to EVM, giving them the tools to make certain data is accurate, spot early warning signs and take corrective action immediately. Participants walk away with a solid understanding of how to use program performance management and EVM techniques to positively affect their organization’s bottom line.
