Quality Management

We use our quality management framework to define quality guidelines and quality control measurements and to ensure the implementation is executed according to standards.

  • Develop the Quality Management Process. Plan to achieve project goals. Ensure that standards and guidelines required to plan, manage, staff, control and deliver the project have been identified.
  • Implement the Quality Management Plan. Identify defects and have them corrected. Quality is the responsibility of each team member throughout the project, and not just when a deliverable is complete.

  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews. Determine the benefits identify improvement areas and project strengths and weaknesses.

Quality management is achieved when all deliverables:

  • Are subject to adequate reviews

  • Meet requirements

  • Comply with standards

  • Are delivered on time and within budget

  • Require minimal amendment and/or are easily amended, if necessary

The benefits of managing quality systematically and proactively include:
  • Reducing project risk
  • Reducing project costs
  • Increasing user confidence
  • Increasing project team job satisfaction
  • Producing deliverables on time
  • Minimizing re-work
