Kevin Martin, President of KM Systems Group, founded the company in 2002. Mr. Martin’s experience spans more than 25 years of planning and implementing information-driven business improvements for Fortune 500 clients and major government agencies by employing business process improvement and systems integration solutions. His work has included all phases of the information systems development lifecycle from strategic planning through the design, development, and implementation of large-scale systems. Mr. Martin has delivered core applications, package applications, web services, and enterprise portals up to $50M. He is a recognized expert in the fields of information systems, information technology development and acquisition, and earned value management having testified as an expert witness in numerous cases for Fortune 100 clients.
Prior to founding KM Systems Group, Mr. Martin was Senior Vice-President and Global Chief Knowledge Officer at KPMG Consulting where he served on the firm’s Executive and Operating Committee along with other key executives and industry practice leaders. He was responsible for developing the $3 billion global consultancy’s business strategy, process improvement, and knowledge management solutions offerings, in addition to developing the company’s knowledge management approach. Mr. Martin specialized in the project management of major software development programs and developed KPMG’s Program and Project Management methodologies. He has served on the Board of Directors for Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), and he is an active member of the Project Management Institute and NDIA Management Systems Committee.
Matt Schneble is a Vice President and leads the EVM System Design and Implementation efforts at KM Systems Group. Mr. Schneble has over seventeen years of successful experience in high-growth technical companies. With KM Systems Group, he has designed, developed, and implemented an integrated suite of program management applications to support the execution of program management using earned value. Mr. Schneble has installed and configured desktop and enterprise applications and databases to support program managers, control account managers, program control analysts and contracting officers. Additionally, he has developed and delivered training programs supporting the use of program management analysis and reporting applications.
Formerly, Mr. Schneble was a partner and founder of Akiga, an IT software distributor, reseller, and professional services provider. He also worked as the Vice President for Products and Professional Services for OptiGlobe Communications, Inc.
David Scott is a managing director of business development and sales at KM Systems Group. Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of experience with both government and commercial customers in the implementation of systems and processes to improve IT management processes. He is highly regarded for his knowledge of Project Portfolio Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control, Earned Value Management, and Business Process Improvement. He is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve significant, measurable results by implementing a performance based measurement system and utilizing the latest enabling software solutions to improve project and earned value management processes. Prior to joining KMSG, Mr. Scott served in a similar role at Deltek, a leading provider of enterprise application software. He has also held senior-level positions at Primavera Systems, Inc., Open Text, SAP North America, and Oracle.
Mr. Pacheco has 24 years of project/program management experience. Specific training experience includes multiple courses in Earned Value, Risk, PMO and Project management to audiences in the US and throughout the world. Mr. Pacheco is also well versed in re-engineering of process and procedures for the support of Project Management Life Cycle, EVM oversight, PMO management, Systems Life Cycle, Help Desk/Support, Training, QA, CMMI and business process. Mr. Pacheco brings significant practical experience along with his demonstrated experience as a project management professional.
